Up to seven prerequisite business courses may be required for students who have no previous background in business administration. In determining program prerequisite requirements, both academic and professional experience is considered. Completion of Business Prerequisite Courses will add to the cost and length of the program. For students required to complete Business Prerequisite Courses, the tuition is $1,900 (REALTOR® Members), $1,498 (Active Duty Military), or $2,650 (non- REALTOR® Members) plus the cost of textbooks.

Generally, books and instructional materials cost between $100-$200 per course. Textbooks may be purchased from any online book provider or from an outside source, but they must be the required texts.

Note: Students without undergraduate preparation in business may incur additional tuition expense in completing any required coursework in the Business prerequisite. Students can expect to complete a minimum of 12 courses and a maximum of up to 21 courses.  If 21 courses required, please see estimated tuition below.
